Information for the authors
The publisher accepts materials corresponding to the thematic profile of the journal that meets international standards of scientific publications and issued in accordance with established rules. The article should present results of original research presented in scientific style. The amount taken to the consideration of the articles 35-40 thousand characters, reviews – up to 10 thousand characters.
The article should include an informative abstract (150-200 words), key words and details about the author (surname, name, patronymic, degree, academic title, position and full name place of work address with postal code, e-mail). All of the attached information should be duplicated in academic English. The paper version is printed on one side of the paper (Arial, font size 12, line spacing single, margins to the left and right 3 cm). The author of your article index on the Universal decimal classification (UDC).
The electronic version is submitted in doc, docx or rtf. The text of the article and all accompanying information shall be submitted in a single file in the following order: the title of the article (Russian., eng.), abstract (Russian., eng.), key words (Russian., eng.), full information about the author (Russian, English)., article text, bibliography.
The lack of a bibliography can be the reason for refusal of registration article. The materials for sections “read and reflected on” and “bookshelf” may not contain a bibliography. Each source must have a reference in the text.
Full bibliographic descriptions are given in the bibliography placed after the text of the article. This list consists of two parts: Russian and English. The English part contains a partial translation and transliteration of Russian sources in English (see website http://translit.net/.
References in the text are enclosed in square brackets and contain the name of the author (authors), year of publication, numbers of cited pages; allowed partial replacement of long titles with an ellipsis.
1. In the description of books specified in the following order: surname and initials of author, year of publication, title (in italics) city of publication, publisher, number of pages.
2. If the book is written by a team of authors, first imposed its name after the year of publication in round brackets editor, editor and compiler, etc.
3. In the description of the translated book, you should specify the first link in the original edition, then the edition of the Russian translation (if the Russian publication is not part of the original collection of works by a foreign author).
4. Links to information, official and other sources, including Internet resources, not scientific and analytical materials should be given in footnotes.
All tables and figures should be numbered, have titles and links in the text. Data received from another source, accompanied by a bibliographic reference. All graphic material is accepted only in editable form (not pictures!).
All submitted to the Editorial office are subject to review. Publication fee is not charged.

All journal articles are located in the database of the Russian index of scientific citation (RISC). From December 2015, the journal is included in the database of Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI) on the Web of Science platform.
