June 19-25, 2017, the delegation of ISKRAN headed by the Scientific Director Academician Rogov SM and vice. director Zolotarev PS paid a working visit to Washington, DC (USA). Seminar ‘Russian-American relations and prospects for their normalization’ at the Center for International Security Studies at the University of Maryland.
The seminar was devoted to the evolution of Russian-American relations and the prospect of their normalization. Professor Nancy Gallagher, Director of the Center, and Stephen Fetter, former Assistant Director of the White House Science and Technology Policy Department, took part in the seminar.

Scientific Seminar ‘Building Full-Scale Strategic Stability’ at the National Academy of Sciences of the USA
The scientific seminar was devoted to the issues of building full-scale strategic stability, as well as to the possible interaction between the Russian Academy of Sciences and the National Academy of Sciences of the United States. The seminar was attended by Linton Brooks, Senior Advisor to the Center for Strategic and International Studies, Honorary Research Fellow at the US National Defense University and Rita Gunther, Senior Program Advisor, Policy and International Relations Division, National Academy of Sciences.

The seminar was organized jointly with the Center for New American Security and the Belfort Center of Harvard University.
