On November 13, 2018, a joint seminar of the Center for International Studies and Security Studies at the University of Maryland (CISSM) and ISCRAN, “Current and emerging challenges to strategic stability and Russian-American relations,” was held. On November 14, members of the ISCRAN delegation met with Massachusetts Senator Ed Markey, as well as members of Congressional staff to discuss prospects for a Russian-American nuclear arms control regime.
