At the seminar Ph.D. A.A. Manukhin (senior researcher with ISKRAN, ILA RAS) and candidate of political sciences E.Yu. Kosevich (NS HSE) will present the report “Modern Mexico: Features of Domestic and Foreign Policy” followed by a discussion.
