The idea of ​​a joint assessment of the future INF Treaty was implemented by a team of authors, among whom the scientific director of the Institute of the USA and Canada of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Ph.D. Zolotarev Pavel Semenovich, with American – William Toby, senior researcher at the Belfer Center at Harvard University, and with German – Ulrich Kühn, deputy director for arms control and advanced technologies at the Institute for Peace and Security Policy at the University of Hamburg.
